Ring O'Bells EventsSat 23rd March.... live music by Nick The Fish ... 2100hrs to 2300hrs
Sun 31st March....Mothers Day ... All mothers get a free pud with carvery.
Fri 5th April ... Meal for the Village .... All welcome - 7.00 pm
These are themed nights and this one was Italian food
They are always a set price per person. Booking is necessary.
(These nights happen approx every six weeks so are an ideal
way of meeting people or just catching up with friends)
Sat 6th April... live music by Ben Carr ... 2100hrs to 2300hrs.
Sat 27th April ... live music by Ian Boyd 2100hrs to 2300hrs
this is one not to miss.
Fri 10th May.... live music by Chill... 2100hrs to 2300hrs
(They come all the way from Dorchester)
Sat 1st June... live music by Rip Tide ... 2100hrs to 2300 hrs
For all live music please keep an eye on the advertising boards at the front of the pub
We also do a cider and music festival on the August bank holiday weekend.
And not to forget our firework display in November.

Our new information board

The Queen's 90th Birthday
To mark the occasion the Parish held an afternoon tea party. Great to see so many attend and wow did we eat....sandwiches (fit for a queen) scones, tea cakes , cakes sausage rolls.....
All made by the good people of the parish to share.
Makes you proud to be a member of our community.
We did the Queen proud and ended the day with three cheers for the Queen and the great British raffle .
Margaret Kitt chair at the time of the Parish Council officially opened the new Play Equipment for us. An enormous amount of time and effort was given during the three years previous that resulted in £6,000 being raised match funded by the Primary school. .
New play equipment, fabulous new castle. Enormous thanks to all for the fund raising that has meant a dream became a reality.

Village Hall Coffee Mornings
Held on the first Wednesday of the month in the Village Hall
Now includes a "Bring and Share" book stall.
Everything Free !!!
In the village Hall from 10.00-11.00
